Ready to bring your energy, creativity, and hospitality passion to Lakeside Manor?
Apply today — and help us make every moment extraordinary.
At Lakeside Manor, we believe life should be lived without compromise. We've created a vibrant community where independent spirits thrive, choice is celebrated, and every detail is designed for a life well-lived. From gourmet meals at the Silver Swan Dining Room to craft cocktails at Corks Wine Bar and blockbuster nights in our private tiered Movie Theatre — Lakeside Manor offers an experience unlike anywhere else.
And now, we're inviting YOU to become part of it as an Assistant General Manager! In this role, you'll be the heartbeat of our hospitality team — elevating our dining services, supporting operations, driving resident satisfaction, and helping future residents fall in love with Lakeside Manor. You'll support restaurant services, assist with administrative tasks, coordinate staffing, and help manage day-to-day operations.
You'll also support resident suite sales—conducting tours, completing move-in paperwork, and working toward monthly sales goals. Additionally, you'll oversee front-of-house dining staff, support communication between the kitchen and dining room, and uphold service standards.
