Job DescriptionThe House of Commons Digital Services and Real Property is currently looking to staff the IT Onboarding Analyst position.
As the IT Onboarding Analyst, User Services you are responsible for providing services to Members, House Officers and their staff during elections, bi-elections, office moves, office closure, office takeover and normal operations. You access and analyze the client's IT environment to understand their needs in order to coordinate and support with various teams, including external providers, to ensure the required services are delivered to constituency offices across Canada.
In addition, you contribute to the elections program improvement by providing insight and recommendations based on your interactions with the clients. You provide onboarding services on new technologies and contribute to the lifecycle management process of the House of Commons (HoC) IT devices. You also play an essential role in the introduction of new technology for Members and House Administration.

Education:
University degree or college diploma from a recognized institution in computer science, information technologies or a related field OR an acceptable combination of education, training and relevant experience.
Experience:
- Experience in testing, supporting and resolving problems regarding IT hardware and software in a corporate networked environment;
- Experience in providing exceptional client service with high-profile clients and various stakeholders (internal and external);
- Experience in reviewing and analyzing client requisitions, in assessing client needs, and providing options and solutions that meet client requirements while adhering to policy standards and guidelines;
- Experience managing IT devices over their full life cycle.
