Are you an experienced administrative professional with a strong background in group benefits and retirement?

Were looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Assistantwho thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows their way around group insurance and the retirement landscape.

At PACE, were growing and need someone whos already familiar with the industrysomeone who can anticipate needs, juggle multiple priorities, and help us deliver exceptional client service from behind the scenes.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Provide daily support to department leaders, consultants, and executives
  • Create and manage reports related to services, renewals, RTQs, sales, and implementation
  • Handle client communications and resolve inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and vendors
  • Act as a liaison between clients and insurers to ensure smooth processes
  • Support executive-level tasks, including personal assignments, expense reports and more
  • Maintain accurate client records using Pipedrive CRM
  • Attend off-site client meetings occasionally, as needed
  • Handle additional administrative responsibilities as assigned

What You Bring to the Role

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience working in the group benefits industry
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • High attention to detail and professional discretion
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid drivers license and access to a vehicle (required)

Nice to Have

Industry certifications/designations such as PPAC, CEBS, GBA, or RPA
