HealthOne is seeking a Skin Clinic Administrator Lead to join our growing team!

HealthOne Skin Clinic is one of up to eight departments found at most of our locations and is boutique medical aesthetics practice. We are currently equipped to offer a variety skin rejuvenation services as well as treatment for medical skin conditions.

Job Summary

At HealthOne, we're looking for a passionate Skin Clinic Administrator Lead to manage our front desk, promote our MediSpa services, and create an exceptional experience for every patient. Schedule

  • Flexibility to work within operating hours required, including evenings & weekends

Responsibilities

  • Engage compassionately with our patients to ensure they feel heard, accommodated, and encounter a 5-star experience at all times.
  • Efficiently handle all front desk tasks with pristine attention to detail, including but not limited to appointment scheduling, confirmations, billing and payment, and data entry.
  • Contribute to smooth clinic flow and overall success of the business by providing administrative support to all practitioners as well as tracking practice performance metrics and identifying areas of improvement
  • Successfully promote and advocate for MediSpa & Skin Care services, programs and packages we offer
  • Ability to speak to skin care products and provide informed recommendations clients based on their specific needs
  • Willingness to collaborate with other practices and functions (ie. marketing, finance etc) within the HealthOne organization
  • Actively seek out opportunities to improve and expand our patients' experience in the clinic, while assisting the management team to maximize clinic performance and growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a similar role plus completion of relevant education, certifications etc.
  • In-depth knowledge of MediSpa treatments and skin care products & passionate about their benefits
  • Ability and passion for leading a team, working with service providers and creating a productive & positive clinic culture
  • Openness to feedback, coaching and strategic planning to improve the practice & reach business goals
  • Strong client service skills, work ethic, organizational skills and an ability to manage competing priorities effectively while remaining efficient in your delivery
  • Self-starter, motivated by goals, and eager to wear multiple hats to be able to grow within your role
  • Experienced in using software applications, including CRM/EMR systems like Jane software, and proficient with MS Office.
  • Ability to work evenings and Saturdays based on business needs
