Our client is currently seeking a Appointment Clerk/Receptionst to work on-site at their facility in Greater Moncton, NB. This is a full-time ongoing assignment with our client.

Perform front desk operationsMaintain spreadsheets
Serve customers through phone calls, emails and in person
Support managers and supervisors with administrative duties
REQUIREMENTSFluency in English is requiredProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to work in a highly organized and professional environmentHigh attention to detail is requiredAbility to manage multiple prioritiesAble to work under pressurePrevious office administration experience and/or post-secondary education in administration is an asset
WHAT WE OFFERThe work schedule is Monday through Friday (7am or 8am Start)
$20.00 - $22.00 (depending on experience) per hour plus 4% vacation pay
