Job Description:
Deliverables:
  • Developing and supporting IT solutions that meet client s business requirements and goals, while adhering to standards and best practices and maintaining information integrity across all solutions deployed within the Oracle Fusion environment(s).
  • Providing operational support functions tied to client application enhancements and/or ERP SaaS Platform advancements.
  • Developing reports leveraging Oracle Fusion Transaction Business intelligence (OBTI) and Oracle Fusion Financial Reporting Studio (FRS) toolsets.
  • Interacting with various stakeholders) to collect and understand client and technical requirements.
  • Conducting preventative maintenance, which includes changes to the ERP Platform and client applications that would improve system performance or application usability.
  • Collaborating with other teams (Integration, Infrastructure, etc.) within Technology Services to investigate and ensure implementation of effective solutions.
  • Providing technical expertise and mentoring in all aspects of application development, maintenance, and support.
  • Providing technical expertise and mentoring with regards to standards and processes for deliverables.
  • Ensuring application design/development, maintenance and support activities adhere to policies, standards, processes, and procedures.
  • Working with business analysts, technical teams, and business units to review business needs, recommend and develop solutions to address their requirements.
  • Contributing to defining, documenting, and improving on issue, change, and risk management processes.
Requirements:
  • A university degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or in another related discipline and a minimum of five years of related experience with guiding businesses in improving processes OR a two year College Diploma in a related discipline with a minimum of seven years related experience with exposure to analysis of organizations or business domain and documentation of their business, processes and supporting systems.
  • 7 Years System Analyst experience in investigating system issues, designing new functions, and completing the required configuration to implement changes to ERP systems.
  • 5 Years experience with one plus Oracle Fusion Cloud products.
  • Human Resource Management, Financial Management Procurement and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) 5 years.

Scored Requirements:
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud in areas such as Human Resources, Procurement or Finance 5 Years.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) 5 Years.
  • Experience with Oracle Maintenance Cloud (OMC) 3 Years.
  • Experience with SaaS or PaaS solutions or technologies 4 Years (Yes/No).
  • Experience in assessing the impacts and risks of customization and configuration to support long term system and business process sustainability within a SaaS application 5 Years.
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions, preferably in the fields of Human Resources, Finance and/or Procurement.
  • SaaS Implementation experience is an asset 5 Years.
  • Demonstrated experience in proper prioritization of assigned activities or tasks.
  • Describe candidate approach to managing candidate time through proper prioritization of activates.
  • Identify what inputs (sources of information) and check and balance candidate apply to ensure proper prioritization 5 Years.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Transaction Business intelligence (OBTI). 4 Years
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Financial Reporting Studio (FRS). 4 Years
  • Knowledgeable in Data Conversion/Migrations, Inbound/Outbound interfaces, and Reports with 3rd party applications. 4 Years
  • Demonstrated experience in developing operational procedures, standards, and/or policies to achieve identified business outcomes.
