We are looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead the field execution of ICI construction projects, with a strong emphasis on concrete work. This role is ideal for a hands-on, proactive leader who thrives in dynamic environments and has a proven track record of managing complex site operations. You'll be the key on-site representative, driving schedule, quality, safety, and collaboration with trades and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and supervise all on-site construction activities from mobilization to completion.

  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades, and labor teams, ensuring alignment with project timelines and scopes.

  • Oversee and ensure the quality of all concrete-related work, including formwork, rebar, pours, and finishing.

  • Monitor progress, maintain daily site reports, and communicate with the Project Manager on schedule, logistics, and issues.

  • Conduct daily site meetings and ensure adherence to health and safety standards and OHS compliance.

  • Manage site logistics, deliveries, and sequencing to optimize productivity and minimize delays.

  • Interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules, ensuring construction adheres to design and code requirements.

  • Resolve on-site issues in real-time and maintain momentum through effective decision-making.

  • Uphold the highest standards of quality control through inspections and detailed oversight.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • 10+ years of experience as a superintendent or site supervisor in ICI construction.

  • Demonstrated expertise in concrete construction, including structural and flatwork.

  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, sequencing, and site coordination.

  • Proficiency in reading construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.

  • Solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Experience with construction management software (Procore, MS Project, or equivalent) is a strong asset.

  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites as needed.
