Our client, recognized as one of Greater Toronto's Top Employers, is hiring an experienced Insurance Advisor to support and educate members of a professional association on group benefits and retirement solutions. This hybrid, relationship-focused role offers meaningful impact without the pressure of cold calling or high-volume sales.
How You'll Make an Impact
Develop strong relationships with members through one-on-one needs analysis and retirement goal discussions.
Recommend tailored insurance solutions and educate members on risk, coverage, and long-term planning.
Present at member events and engage in outreach using warm association leads and pre-qualified contacts.
Guide members through applications with support from a Licensed Insurance Associate.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to national insurance initiatives.
Share insights from the field to enhance program delivery and member engagement.
What You'll Bring
LLQP license required; CLU, CFP, CHS, or CIP designations are considered strong assets.
4–5 years of experience advising clients, ideally in life, group, or retirement insurance.
Ability to educate high net worth members on financial planning and risk strategies.
Strong communication skills and confidence presenting in both small and large formats.
Familiarity with Salesforce and comfort working in a hybrid model with some regional travel.
