Within the Customer Experience Excellence (CEE) team, we are responsible for overseeing the end-to-end customer support experience and driving operational excellence across the value chain. We have consolidated operational and professional services teams from all our TAC entities alongside a number of customer success primes and managed service teams, and have a focus on elevating the customer experience from farmers to multinational consumer goods corporations, digitally transforming our business, elevating our team and high performance culture, and oscillating between transformation and growth.
Reporting directly to the Global Head of Professional Services (PS), this is a hands-on role, with responsibility for leading all our Consumer goods Professional Services activities in North America, with potential expansion to Latin America as our business grows. This includes accountability for delivering our ambitious revenue targets linked to professional services, delivering professional services projects on time in full, seeking opportunities to optimize, accelerate, and increase revenue recognition, and designing a future-state scalable resource model that provides an exceptional customer and team member experience. This leader is an advocate for exceptional customer experience alongside strategic management, client development, people leadership, fiscal responsibility, and customer orientation with a growth vision they are accountable for executing against.

- Team leadership - Experience working with a distributed or multidisciplinary team in all aspects of delivery across a breadth of cultures and time zones
- Agile experience - Relevant experience in a software development or delivery organization working with agile teams.
- Business acumen - Experience with risk management, operations and resource and financial forecasting. Ensure compliance with governance requirements
- Cross Team Collaboration - Being able to detect, influence and execute on opportunities to improve project performance in partnership with Product and Engineering.
- High performance culture - Develop and maintain a high-performance culture across the PS team, delivering efficiencies and continuous improvement
- Delivery focus - Provide whole life oversight and accountability for the successful delivery of projects, through design, procurement, assembly, commissioning, and handover to support
- Demonstration of TELUS values - Including promotion and active demonstration of collaborative behaviours within the PS team
- Domain Expertise - Knowledge of the Food, Beverage and Consumer Goods industry sector and key players including the sales journey from Trade Promotion Excellence to Trade Promotion Optimisation, Supply Chain Management and Retail Execution.
- Product Expertise - An existing understanding of the products and solutions TAC has in supporting the buying personas along this sales journey is essential - not necessary on day one but learning agility and ability to pick up quickly is critical for success.
- Financial Acumen - Manage and maintain the team within given budget parameters ensuring financial budget tracking is maintained and cost management for T&E, capex, cogs and opex.
What you bring to this role
- Extensive experience in leading, managing, developing, and motivating internal and external senior leaders, team members - your leadership skills and ability to create and develop a high performing and highly engaged team will be key to success in this role
- Financial acumen in managing budgets and expenses covering revenue tracking, T&E, opex, cogs and capex
- Significant amount of delivery experience where you have successfully managed a regional framework of multiple projects and/or programmes of a complex or critical nature in a collaborative delivery environment
- Confident making risk, prioritization and resource decisions whilst maintaining your commitment to excellence
- Strong communicator with the ability to build strong, trusting stakeholder and partner relationships and influence at all levels to achieve mutual success.
- Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) is preferred but not required.
