Job SummaryReporting to the Director of Business Development, the Sales and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for business development by networking and connecting with healthcare facilities, physicians, clinics, and eldercare facilities to generate sales referrals for home care solutions. This role will coordinate and manage sales and ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating local marketing & business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develops a sales and marketing plan;
- Plans and creates business development opportunities;
- Follows the Qualicare sales system to promote Qualicare services;
- Establishes working rapport with health care professionals and potential referral sources within a designated territory;
- Identifies new business opportunities and creates and builds proposals;
- Respond to direct client enquiries for services;
- Participates in opportunities to increase social media activity and effectiveness.
- Background in outside sales and/or b2b sales;
- Experience managing social media accounts including LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram;
- Vehicle with a full Driver's License and clean driver's abstract;
- Strong time management and planning skills;
- Professional demeanor.
