About the Company
Forge Recruitment has been engaged to recruit an experienced Marketing Specialist for a well-established law firm in downtown Toronto. This newly created position is a result of continued growth and offers a hybrid work schedule after the 3-month probation period.
About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Specialist will manage, among other responsibilities, implementing strategic plans, overseeing two marketing staff, managing end-to-end events, copywriting, promotional projects, and digital marketing strategies, reviewing promotional materials, analyzing results, assisting with budgeting, and ensuring brand consistency while optimizing the CRM system.

What You Bring
To qualify, you must have 5+ years of marketing and communications experience in a law firm or professional services sector, with expertise in digital marketing, copywriting, event management, and CRM implementation. Proficiency in script writing, videography (Premiere Pro), and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, CRM systems, Adobe Express, Kofax Power PDF, WordPress, Monday.com, and Hootsuite is required. A Bachelor's degree, public speaking skills, and strong team management abilities are essential, along with excellent organizational, multitasking, and project management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
