Smart Skin is seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is a hybrid or in-person role that combines hands-on execution and cross-functional coordination. Youll manage organic and paid acquisition channels, improve content effectiveness, and use AI tools to scale fasterall while staying organized through project management systems.

As SmartSkins Digital Marketing Specialist you will:

  • Lead SEO strategy and execution, including technical audits, on-page optimization, and backlink building to grow organic traffic.
  • Manage and optimize the company website (WordPress), improving UX, SEO, performance, and conversion rates.
  • Own Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and YouTube managing budgets, keywords, and performance metrics (CPL, CTR, ROAS).
  • Monitor and analyze performance using tools like GA4, Looker Studio, SEMrush, Search Console, Hotjar, and Salesforce to inform strategy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the Marketing Manager, Marketing Coordinator, Product Marketing, and Sales to ensure alignment across campaigns and funnel stages.
  • Evaluate content performance across all channels (blog, landing pages, gated assets) and translate insights into actionable recommendations that drive pipeline impact, support sales enablement, and optimize buyer journeys.
  • Identify and fill content gaps through keyword research, competitive analysis, and performance insights.
  • Run A/B tests and implement UX enhancements, using basic HTML/CSS and CRO best practices.
  • Ensure site health and visibility, maintaining strong SERP performance, fast load times, and mobile responsiveness.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • 5+ years in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO, SEM, content performance optimization, and growth marketing.
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing websites in WordPress, including content updates, UX improvements, and SEO best practices.
  • Demonstrated success growing organic traffic, improving SERP visibility, and managing paid media spend efficiently across channels.
  • Proficiency with core digital tools including Google Search Console, GA4, and leading SEO platforms (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog).
  • Excels at coordinating overlapping projects, proactively adjusting priorities to meet evolving business needs.
  • Strong working knowledge of project management tools like Monday.com, Asana, or equivalent for task tracking and cross-team coordination.
  • An analytical, results-driven mindset with a proactive approach to testing, learning, and scaling what works.
