The Media & Content Coordinator is an entry-level role that supports both the Learning & Development and Marketing teams through the creation, organization, and management of visual content. This role is responsible for capturing high-quality photos and videos, supporting social media and internal communications, and organizing digital assets within our brand management platforms. The ideal candidate brings creativity, attention to detail, and a strong interest in photography, videography, and content creation. Motion graphic or drone experience is considered an asset.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Capture and edit photo and video content across active job sites, training events, and company functions.
  • Support the Marketing team by producing visual content for social media and internal communications.
  • Work with the Learning & Development team to create and organize training-related media assets.
  • Manage and organize brand folders and visual content libraries to ensure ease of access and consistency across teams.
  • Assist with setting up and maintaining media equipment including cameras, lighting, and drones.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and messaging guidelines.
  • Provide general administrative support related to content planning, tracking, and scheduling.
  • Participate in planning meetings and provide creative input for campaigns and projects.


Technical Skills:

  • Proficient with photo and video editing tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom).
  • Basic motion graphics experience is a strong asset (e.g., After Effects or Canva Pro animations).
  • Experience with drone photography or videography is considered an asset (including licensing requirements).
  • Comfortable using DSLR/mirrorless cameras and video equipment.
  • Familiarity with digital asset management tools (e.g., Brandfolder or similar platforms).

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and an eye for visual storytelling.
  • Collaborative and able to take direction from multiple departments.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and in a field-based environment.
  • Open to feedback and willing to learn new tools and techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or certificate in photography, videography, digital media, or a related field.
  • 1+ year of experience (including internships, freelance, or school-based projects) in media production.
  • Valid drivers license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
  • Drone pilot certification (asset, not required).
