Position Overview:
The Inventory Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels, assisting with shipping and receiving, merchandising, and providing occasional point-of-sale and customer service support. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working both independently and with a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments.
Accurately stock and organize inventory in designated areas
Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levels
Prepare outgoing shipments and ensure accurate documentation
Assist customers at the point of sale when needed
Answer customer questions and provide excellent service in-store when needed.
Maintain a clean and organized stockroom and work area
Perform regular inventory counts and assist with audits
