Brokerage Operations Analyst
Our client is a rapidly growing fintech firm based in Toronto, providing innovative trading solutions for self-directed investors. They are seeking a Brokerage Operations Analyst.

The Brokerage Operations Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting brokerage operations by processing client requests with accuracy and urgency. The role requires close coordination with both internal teams and external partners to resolve client issues efficiently, as well as a deep understanding of financial operations and products.
Key responsibilities

• Process client transactions (transfers, withdrawals, etc.) with speed and precision
• Manage a high volume of daily client requests, prioritizing by urgency
• Collaborate with external partners and internal departments to deliver client solutions
• Ensure compliance with back-office and wealth management operational standards

Requirements

• 1–2+ years experience in the Canadian brokerage industry
• Solid knowledge of financial products, equity options, and operational procedures
• Experience with funding and transfer workflows (e-transfers, EFTs, wire transfers, etc.)
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong English communication skills
• Familiarity with Broadridge Dataphile is a plus
• Completion of the Canadian Securities Course is an asset
