Role: Mainframe SME/Mainframe Infrastructure Support
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid 3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
Duration: 11 Months (with potential extension)

Must-Have Skills:

10+ years of experience in Mainframe infrastructure support and oversight
Proven track record in transition, migration, and hardware refresh projects
Hands-on experience with enterprise-level data center transformation
Strong understanding of Mainframe operating systems, disaster recovery, and KTLO activities

Key Responsibilities Include:

Support day-to-day operations of Mainframe software and infrastructure
Plan and install new Mainframe hardware platforms
Migrate and decommission Mainframe software components
Manage incident/problem resolution and provide timely ticket closure
Participate in Disaster Recovery initiatives and ongoing optimization efforts
