A leading manufacturing company is currently seeking a Quality Manager to join their growing team. This role will oversee all aspects of quality operations and lab management, drive process improvements, and support technical excellence throughout the organization. Working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners, this position will lead quality assurance efforts and help shape a culture of continuous improvement in a collaborative and innovative environment.

The Role:

• Lead and manage quality operations, including oversight of QA Technicians and lab staff.
• Develop and implement quality procedures, documentation, and work instructions aligned with internal systems and ISO9001 standards.
• Manage non-conformance programs, including review, disposition, and reporting of lab and production issues.
• Coordinate calibration, lab testing, internal audits, and quality assurance reporting.

Qualifications:

• University degree required; background in Industrial or Quality Engineering is an asset.
• 5+ years of experience working with quality systems and industrial lab equipment.
• Proficient with ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong leadership, organization, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Knowledge of ISO9001 and quality audit procedures.
• Manufacturing industry experience is an advantage.
