Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize our financial systems, with a focus on Sage Intacct.
- Lead the integration of their CRM (Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud) with their financial systems to ensure seamless data flow and reconciliation.
- Ensure the integrity of financial data, verifying that system inputs match outputs.
- Identify and automate manual processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Act as the primary liaison between the Finance and IT teams, advocating for finance needs and priorities.
- Define and manage user roles and access within the financial system.
- Develop and deliver training and education to users on the financial system.
- Generate and maintain financial reports to support decision-making.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial systems.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Sage Intacct.
- Experience with CRM to financial systems integration, ideally Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud, is highly desirable.
- MBA and/or CPA designation is preferred.
- Proven ability to gather and document business requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively.
- Experience in report creation and user training.
