Reporting to the Install Manager, the Lead Installer is responsible for overseeing and performing the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This position involves ensuring a successful execution of installations, and training the Install Apprentices on their team, as well as maintaining high standards of workmanship.

Responsibilities:

This position will include, but not be limited to the following:

Technical Expertise

· Perform precise and code-compliant installations of HVAC systems.

· Ensure all equipment is properly set up, tested and operational upon completion.

· Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during installations.

Customer Communication and Satisfaction

· Explain the installation process to customer and address their questions or concerns.

· Conduct walk throughs with the customer at the beginning and end of each installation appointment and confirm customer satisfaction.

· Maintain a clean, professional workplace in customer homes.

Safety & Compliance

· Follow company safety protocols and ensure job site safety at all times.

· Stay updated on local code and compliance requirements.

· Use tools and equipment responsibly to prevent accidents or damage.

Quality Assurance & Process Adherence

· Follow established standard operating procedures (SOP's) for installations.

· Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

· Provide constructive feedback to improve installation techniques and reduce callbacks.

Resource & Time Management

· Prepare and organize all necessary equipment and materials before arriving at the job site.

· Monitor and report inventory needs or equipment issues.

· Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines without compromising quality.

Qualifications:

· Minimum 3-year driver's license with clean abstract

· 2+ years of HVAC installation experience

· Problem solving skills

· Communication skills

· Customer/member service oriented
