MatrixHR is recruiting skilled Journeyman Insulators for an exciting opportunity in Kitimat BC. This position offers a rotationary schedule, fly in/fly out and camp provided.
Location: Kitimat, BC

What We Offer:
  • Competitive Pay:
  • $52/hour for Journeypersons (Days)
  • $3/ per hour night shift premium
  • Generous Overtime Pay: Earn 1.5x your standard rate after 8 hours/day or 40 hours/week.
  • Flexible Rotations: Choose between 14 days on/7 days off or 20 days on/8 days off.
  • Fly-In, Fly-Out (FIFO): Provided from major hubs.

Your Role: As a Journeyman Insulator with Matrix HR, your responsibilities will include:
  • Installing and maintaining insulation systems on industrial equipment, pipes, and structures.
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications for accurate installations.
  • Contributing to a safe, efficient, and collaborative worksite.
What We Need From You:
  • Certification or Proof of Experience: Journeyperson ticket or proof of hours over 6068
  • Relevant Experience: Previous industrial insulation work required.
  • Identification: Valid government-issued ID.
  • Safety Certifications: CSTS 2020, WHMIS 2015, CSO, or BSO.
  • Testing: Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol (D&A) test.
