About the Role

DT Asphalt Maintenance is hiring students for our summer Field Marketing Team. You'll be walking around local neighbourhoods, chatting with homeowners about their driveways, and offering quick quotes for crack filling and small asphalt repairs.

It's a relaxed, face-to-face role — you're not pitching anything complicated or high-pressure. Just a friendly heads-up about something most people need anyway. If you're good with people and enjoy being outdoors, this is an easy way to earn great money while building real-world experience.

• Walk neighbourhoods and casually check in with homeowners

• Point out visible cracks or wear on their driveway

• Offer simple quotes using our pricing guide

• $17.20/hr base pay

• + 20% commission per sale
