Committed to quality and excellence, we are seeking a detail-oriented Charge Bill Coordinator to join our dynamic Pricing department. In this role, you will work closely with builders and internal teams to ensure the accurate and efficient creation of charge bills, contributing to seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.

Primary responsibilities:

· Manage and prepare detailed and accurate charge bills in coordination with builders and internal teams.

· Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and reliability of charge bill information.

· Safeguard the confidentiality of collected and stored data.

· Generate and establish pricing for charge bills in alignment with production and operational demands.

· Cultivate and nurture positive relationships with both builders and vendors, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.

· Proactively communicate updates and pertinent information regarding charge bills to internal departments, fostering effective cross-departmental coordination.

Requirements:

· High school or equivalent; college diploma preferred.

· Essential experience in customer service, showcasing adept interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in the Construction industry, demonstrating familiarity with its nuances and processes.

· Bilingual proficiency is an asset.

· Team Player.

· Positive Attitude.

· Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
