The IBM Public Sector Resourcing Team is seeking a SAP BASIS Conultant for a PART TIME contract opportunity in the Ottawa area .

Role description:

• Ongoing BASIS support to enable the stabilization, operation and maintenance of the SAP BPCBW solution and its supporting infrastructure
• Provide support related to roles authorization (support the security team) and incident management (i.e. troubleshoot technical issues for BASIS and support CIO Group on technical support) of the SAP BPCBW solution and its supporting infrastructure
• Daily coordination and assignment of Jira or Jade tickets (ITSM) assigned to the CIOITS technical team pertaining to the SAP BPCBW solution and its supporting infrastructure
• Take ownership of ITSM tickets related to SAP BPCBW and its supporting infrastructure to work at resolving issues andor implementing solutions
• Follow-up on status of ITSM tickets and sub-activities to be executed by other teams to address these tickets

Mandatory Requirements:

• Canadian Federal Government Security Clearance –Secret or higher
• Minimum of 10 Years experience as a SAP BASIS Consultant
• Experience must have inclded BPC
• Minimum of 3 solution deployment projects in the last 10 years
• Experience providing services similar to above
