1. Financial Controller

Location: London, Ontario
Salary: $100,000$130,000 per year

Role Overview

As our Financial Controller, you will play a strategic role in overseeing financial operations and ensuring alignment with the CEO's broader objectives. Expertise in the cannabis space, including B300 excise stamp and compliance reporting, is essential. This position requires a strong financial leader with the ability to execute strategy and deliver results in a rapidly growing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations, including excise stamp compliance and regulatory reporting
• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow
• Collaborate with the CEO to execute high-level financial strategies
• Ensure compliance with tax, cannabis regulations, and financial best practices
• Optimize financial processes to support rapid growth

Qualifications

• CPA designation or equivalent financial expertise
• Minimum 25 years of financial leadership experience within the cannabis industry
• Proven expertise in excise stamp processes and cannabis-specific compliance
• Strong analytical and strategic execution skills
