As the first face guests see when they enter our model homes, the Hostess plays a vital role in shaping the home buying experience at Rinaldi Homes. Youll help create a warm, welcoming environment while supporting our sales team in delivering exceptional service to prospective homeowners.

Your Day-to-Day

• Greet every guest with warmth and professionalism
• Manage guest registries, phone inquiries, and appointment scheduling
• Provide guided tours of our stunning model homes
• Keep our model homes and sales centres clean, organized, and guest-ready
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks, CRM updates, and lead follow-ups
• Assist with marketing activitiesevent prep, signage, advertising feedback
• Join weekly team meetings and share updates on traffic, trends, and inquiries
• Represent Rinaldi Homes at community events, NHBA meetings, and networking nights
