We're hiring for a full time Supervisor at our facility in Kingsville!
Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- $27/hr
- Full time, Monday - Saturday
- Mandatory overtime, an average of 50-65 hours/week
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily repack operations, product flow and packaging material availability
- Monitor output to meet production targets and customer quality standards
- Lead, train and coach repack team members on production methods, safety and policies
- Identify and resolve safety concerns, promoting compliance with OHSA regulations
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMPs, Food Safety, sanitation and SQF standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Product industry experience is preferred
- Must be comfortable working in colder environments
- Knowledge of OHSA and workplace safety regulations
- Able to life 25+lbs
- Flexible to work weekends, holidays and extended hours as required
