Graphic Design & Marketing Technician
Term, full-time
ASAP TO May 31, 2026
Duties: Reporting to the Director Communications, Marketing, and Donor Relations; this position is responsible for the corporate identity of the College of the Rockies. This responsibility includes communications, advertising, marketing, public relations, logo usage and institutional branding. Specifically, this position advises, conceptualizes and develops graphic advertising designs, displays, brochures, posters, and other publications. This position advises, participates, and provides marketing expertise to various committees and assists with special projects/events.
Qualifications:
Two years of post-secondary education in graphic design along with two years related work experience; additional coursework in marketing and communications is an asset. The successful candidate will have artistic vision and creativity with strong concentration and multitasking skills. They will be a proactive team player with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and complete projects on time. Experience and ability to work in a PC Environment using various Adobe Creative Suite products including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Bridge, Lightroom, Word, Excel, Power Point.

Salary: CUPE Pay Level 4 with a starting wage of $46,810.40 to $56,256.20 per year 5 as per CUPE Collective Agreement. The College also offers a comprehensive range of benefits including pension, generous vacation entitlements, health and dental plan, onsite gym and more.
