Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and guidance to engineering teams with respect to optical test systems.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans associated with building and testing optical hardware.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex engineering problems associated with manufacturing and testing of optical systems.
• Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards and customer requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in an advanced technical role providing test engineering support for optical product related test systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Effective communication and people-oriented skills.
• Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a supervisor or manager. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
