What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
✅ Supervise & Support Technicians - Provide guidance, training, and troubleshooting support to ensure efficient, high-quality repairs.
✅ Ensure Quality & Efficiency - Oversee and inspect completed work, ensuring it meets company and manufacturer standards.
✅ Perform Advanced Diagnostics & Repairs - Address complex mechanical and technical issues using the latest diagnostic tools.
✅ Maintain Workflow & Communication - Keep detailed notes on repairs, customer requests, and shift updates to ensure seamless operations.
✅ Train & Mentor Apprentices - Share technical knowledge and best practices to develop the next generation of skilled technicians.
✅ Oversee Shop Safety & Cleanliness - Ensure all technicians follow safety procedures and maintain a tidy work environment.
✅ Customer & Internal Support - Assist the Sales & Parts departments with technical service needs and customer inquiries.
✅ Stay Current with Training - Attend manufacturer training courses, service updates, and internal development programs.
What You Bring (Requirements & Qualifications)
✔ 310T Certification (Required)
✔ Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
✔ 5+ years of experience in truck or automotive repair (preferred)
✔ Ability to lead, train, and mentor a team
✔ Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills
✔ Proficiency with computerized diagnostic tools
✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
✔ Must have necessary hand tools
