- Day to day Creation/Updates of JIRA, linking between JIRA tickets, Keeping full traceability (Requirements Deployment and all in between ) reporting on various things capacity, velocity, productivity etc.
- Running Daily Scrum [need strong facilitation skills]
- Prioritization of backlog with all stakeholders Estimation exercise per sprint Keeping estimates, actual effort per ticket
- Removing blockers Conducting sprint retrospective [continuous improvements]
- Having productivity issues with resource managers Leading the meetings that are required to remove blockers
