Position Overview:This isn't just a job—it's a career-defining opportunity to set new standards in hospitality sales. As Sales Director, you will own the revenue strategy, forge powerful partnerships, and lead a high-impact sales team to position Queens Harbour as the premier destination for elevated dining, corporate events, and luxury experiences.
Responsibilities:- Drive Sales & Growth: Develop and execute strategies to grow private dining, group reservations, and event sales while identifying new business opportunities.
- Build Client Relationships: Act as the main contact for clients, from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up, ensuring seamless communication and personalized service.
- Oversee Event Execution: Manage logistics, coordinate with vendors, and work closely with the culinary and operations teams to deliver exceptional events.
- Lead Marketing & Outreach: Conduct site visits, tastings, and networking efforts to promote Queen's Harbour as a premier event destination.
- Manage Budgets & Contracts: Prepare estimates, negotiate contracts, track revenue performance, and ensure events align with financial goals.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, event management, or hospitality leadership.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong networking, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask, manage multiple events simultaneously.
