Corporate Commercial Lawyer

Our client, a busy and progressive law firm located in a vibrant, high-quality city in the interior of British Columbia, is seeking an experienced Corporate Commercial Lawyer to join their growing practice. Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor (J.D.) is required.

• Member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia.

• Minimum three or four years of call; however, open to considering a more experienced lawyer who would be closer to joining at the partner level.

• Experience focusing on medium to large-sized corporate commercial and commercial real estate transactions.

• Exceptional advocacy, conflict resolution, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Strong research and writing abilities with the capacity to handle complex issues.

• Proven client and practice management skills.

• Self-motivated with the ability to collaborate effectively with legal professionals and support staff.

• Candidates from both in-house and private practice settings are encouraged to apply.

• Both associate-level and partner-level lawyers will be considered.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive salary structure starting at $80,000 - $91,000, with a performance-based bonus structure (25% over $250,000).

• Relocation assistance may be provided for the right candidate.
