• Position: Experienced Lash Artist
• Job Type: Full time

Skills/Requirements:

• Ability to perform classic, hybrid, Russian volumes lash extension.
• The mega volume will be a bonus but not required.
• Bonus not required - the ability to perform waxing, lash lift, brow lamination, brow/lash tinting, PMU brows and lip, but Willing to learn facial / body waxing, lash lift.
• Be able to complete services promptly.
• At least 6 months to 1 year experience.
• Fluent in English. Mandarin is a bonus but not required.

Job Description:

• Provide thorough consultations.
• Provide exceptional product knowledge and comfortable promoting and selling lash pre-and post-care products as well.
• Comfortable promoting and up-selling service.
• Book an appointment, answer a phone call, and process payment as needed.
• Taking before & after photos/ videos of the clients.
• Semi-active for social media for posting photos, creating short videos.
• Maintain exceptional cleanliness of the station and the entire studio
• Help with other tasks in the studio.

Compensation:

• Basic hourly rate (first 3 months ) + service commission ( after pass 3 months probation period) + 100% tips + retail commission + 4 % vacation pay.
