Salesforce Developer

Location: Calgary, Alberta

Contract length: 5 months +

Must be available to work in office 3 days a week

Job Title: Salesforce Developer Experience: 6+ Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC). The ideal candidate will have experience working with OOTD (Order On The Day) solutions and a proven track record of implementing scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with technical architects and solution leads to bring business requirements to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex and LWC. Collaborate with solution leads and technical architects to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Contribute to the implementation of OOTD-related use cases and functionalities.
• Work as part of a collaborative development team, contributing to code reviews and solution design discussions.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality, performant, and scalable solutions.
• Participate in integration efforts with external systems via APIs and web services. Troubleshoot and resolve development and deployment issues in Salesforce environments.
• Document technical specifications and maintain system documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce customization/configuration. Familiarity with OOTD (Order On The Day) processes and Salesforce order management concepts.
• Ability to implement solutions quickly and efficiently in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification preferred.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working in Financial Services or Wealth Management domains.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and Salesforce DevOps practices.
