Trimax Employment is currently hiring for a full-time Manual Order Picker to work with our valuable client in Vaughan. Get your foot in the door with our client, who values growth for its employees and has a friendly working environment.

We are seeking a candidate for our pipe picking operations (Sunday – Thursday shift). In this role, pickers will spend 30 to 45 minutes outdoors daily to select pipes.
Candidates must have experience operating counterbalance MHE and at least 1-2 years of warehouse experience in order picking or receiving.
Candidates will be required to pass our in-house assessment before starting training.
candidates should be prepared for outdoor work during the shift.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately gathering products and items to fulfill an order for an internal or external customer
• Split shift between picking and loading and possibly moving trucks around the yard.
• Locate products using RF Scanner
• Complete all necessary paperwork accurately within the required timeframe
• Cleaning and tidying as required to maintain a safe work environment
• Assist with inventory cycle counts to ensure proper inventory numbers
• Loading and unloading of inventory, stock, and supplies as required
• Putting away incoming inventory into specified areas
• Take part in company initiatives and meetings
• Label, Package and Wrap orders before loading on trucks
• Ensure that the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped
• Re-stock inventory manually or with warehouse equipment
• Keep records of completed orders
• Maintain equipment and report on malfunctions
• Adhere to health & safety policies and quality standards

Qualifications:

• Must know how to use RF Scanner
• Must also be available to move truck around the yard
• Must be available full time
• Good Communication skills
• Ability to lift 50lbs occasionally

Sunday to Thursday: 2 pm to 11 pm (Must be available to work overtime as required)

Pay rate: $19.50
