This is a full-time on-site role for a Lawyer. The Lawyer will be responsible for defending clients in criminal matters, conducting legal research, representing clients in court proceedings, drafting legal documents, and providing legal advice and guidance.

Duties

• Experience in criminal law and defence

• Strong research and analytical skills

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

• Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario

• Previous experience in trial advocacy is an asset
