Position Overview:
As a Security Guard, youll play a critical role in protecting people, property, and assets across various commercial, industrial, and public settings. From patrolling premises to managing access control and responding to incidents, your vigilance and professionalism will help ensure safety at all times.

What Youll Do:

• Patrol assigned areas on foot or by vehicle to monitor for suspicious activity
• Control access to buildings and restricted areas
• Monitor surveillance equipment (CCTV, alarms)
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies calmly and effectively
• Write detailed incident and daily activity reports
• Assist with crowd control and de-escalation when necessary
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency responders when needed
• Maintain a visible, professional presence at all times

What Youll Bring:

• Completion of the 40-hour Saskatchewan Justice Security Guard Training Course (Required)
• Valid Security Guard License (Saskatchewan)
• Clear criminal record check and ability to maintain security clearance
• Valid Class 5 Drivers License
• First Aid/CPR certification (Preferred)
• De-escalation Training
• Ex-Military / Police(Preferred)
• Excellent observation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to stay alert and professional in all conditions
• Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation to various job sites
