Our client is a global provider of intelligent traffic systems and smart mobility solutions. They are seeking a Territory Manager to drive growth and strategic partnerships across Ontario in the ITS (Intelligent Traffic Systems) space.

This position is ideal for a strategic, entrepreneurial sales leader who is passionate about smart mobility and public infrastructure solutions. The Territory Manager will oversee and grow key ITS divisions—including Traffic Calming, Parking, and Speed Enforcement—by developing a targeted sales and marketing plan, identifying new market opportunities, and leading with data-driven decision-making.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to increase ITS market share
- Build and nurture relationships with key government and infrastructure stakeholders
- Identify market trends and growth opportunities through strategic analysis
- Drive operational excellence across sales processes and systems
- Present data-backed insights to executive leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales or account management
- Proven success selling hardware and software to government clients
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and innovation
