We are seeking a skilled BA / Implementation Analyst. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing platforms like Profinda and/or Certinia, as well as expertise in Resource Management and Scheduling platforms with skills-matching capabilities. This role involves working closely with IT and business sponsors/SMEs to lead discussions around requirements, business processes, implementation needs, and business data interfaces assessment.

• Collaborate with IT and business sponsors/SMEs to gather and analyze requirements.

• Lead discussions on business processes, implementation needs, and data interface requirements.

• Implement and optimize platforms like Profinda and/or Certinia.

• Work with Resource Management and Scheduling platforms, focusing on skills matching.

• Partner closely with the Change Management Lead and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

• Understanding of resource management business process, including creation of resource requests, understanding staffing processes, utilization concept, reporting and using market known applications for optimal resource allocation.
• Experience with Resource Management platforms and modules, such as Certinia, Profinda, SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition,
• Professional Services is strongly desired

• Strong knowledge of Resource Management and Scheduling platforms with skills-matching capabilities.

• Ability to work effectively with IT and business sponsors/SMEs.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
