Welsdom is a fast-growing company in the pet health, supplements, eco-products sector, with a strong focus on online retail and global distribution. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead and expand our digital sales presence across various platforms.

Position Overview

The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of our online sales operations. This role includes managing online marketplaces, digital marketing initiatives, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize listings across platforms like Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, eBay, AliExpress, and others.
• Monitor product performance, pricing, inventory, and promotional campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Oversee order fulfillment coordination and ensure timely delivery through internal or third-party logistics.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and R&D teams to develop and execute product launch strategies.
• Analyze traffic, conversion rates, and sales data to develop actionable insights.
• Manage advertising campaigns, including PPC, email marketing, and affiliate promotions.
• Monitor competitor trends and make strategic adjustments to maintain market competitiveness.
• Ensure compliance with each platform's policies and industry regulations.

Requirements

• Speak English and Mandarin
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce management or digital sales.
• Proven track record in managing multi-channel e-commerce platforms.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Proficient with e-commerce tools such as Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Google Analytics, PPC platforms, CRM software, and more.
• Experience with inventory management systems (e.g., CIN7, Zoho, or similar) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Graphic design or content editing knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in international e-commerce or cross-border logistics.
• Background in pet products, health, or supplements industry is an asset.
