Technical Support Analyst- Wealth Management Systems ( WMS)

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our team and support our core Wealth Management systems, including the Book of Record and related downstream applications. In this role, you'll troubleshoot technical issues, manage support tickets, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help maintain the stability and performance of critical financial platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day technical support for Wealth systems

  • Troubleshoot application, integration, and database-related issues

  • Manage and resolve incident tickets using ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar tools

  • Monitor system performance and implement preventative solutions

  • Assist in deploying system patches and data fixes

  • Create and maintain user documentation and support materials

  • Collaborate with business, development, and infrastructure teams

  • Deliver regular reports on system health and ticket metrics

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience

  • 3+ years of technical support experience, preferably in financial or wealth management systems

  • Proficient in:

    • Support ticketing tools (ServiceNow, JIRA)

    • Microsoft SQL Server or similar query tools

    • Troubleshooting complex application, server, and database issues

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Experience with incident management and root cause analysis

  • Comfortable working collaboratively across teams

  • Maintain and update technical documentation including troubleshooting guides, knowledge base articles and best practices in MS OneNote and/or Confluence.

What You'll Do

  • Provide day-to-day support for the Wealth Book of Record system and related downstream applications

  • Troubleshoot application, integration, and database issues to minimize downtime

  • Manage and resolve support tickets using ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar platforms

  • Work closely with technical and business teams to deploy system patches and fix bugs

  • Maintain support documentation, including user guides and troubleshooting resources

    Preferred Qualifications
    • Background in wealth management, banking, or financial services

    • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards

    • Familiarity with Agile or other project management frameworks
