Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our client in Ingersoll, ON. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • The Inventory Coordinator maintains a cycle count program throughout the materials department, including warehousing & subcontractors.
  • Maintenance of all files and records concerning material movement.
  • Document reconciliations of any material usage variances.
  • Working hours are to be based on the late afternoon schedule.
  • Investigate and correct discrepancies in reported quantities and locations of all inventory.
  • Execute daily cycle counts based on KPI/performance goals provided by the Materials Supervisor.
  • Coordinate with Materials Supervisor, Logistics Supervisor, and Purchasing department.
  • Check date-sensitive products for expiration and facilitate removal or transfer of products as needed.
  • Review the Obsolete Inventory List.
  • Maintains Government/Customer Equipment/Inventory and applicable logs/consumption reports.
  • Digitally manage inventory and analyze inventory reports.
  • Monitor Subcontractor(s) inventories & material movements.
  • Assist with the physical transfer of materials to warehouses.
  • Subcontractor locations, offsite warehouse locations, and the DAX MRP system adjusts transfers.
  • Inventory adjustments will be completed once the Materials Supervisor/Scheduler approves.
  • Respond quickly to concerns that involve material flow within the plant, warehouse(s), and subcontractors.
  • Oversee all packaging materials within client, warehouse, and subcontractors for processing WIP & FGI.
  • Organizes the kitting of all packaging materials to client subcontractors and within a plant.
  • Enter Cycle Count journals in the DAX MRP system.
  • Aids in Annual Physical Inventory & assists in year-end adjustment to the General Ledger.
  • Other duties assigned that fall under the material management process(s).
  • Push needed inventory to production.
  • WIP counts are performed weekly.

Pay: $51K - $56K / year.

Hours: 40 hrs/Week.
