Digital Business Systems, is seeking a highly-driven individual with a passion for sales and customer service to join our team as a valuable Inside Sales/ Sales Support
DBS was founded in 1996 to help small businesses. Over the years we've expanded and are now nationwide. We specialize in print and managed print services and providing our clients with exceptional after sales service. Many large national corporations trust us with their mission critical printers because we can get the job done! We can even use this expertise to help customers with small to mid-sized projects.
The ideal candidate will have experience in sales support, customer service, data analytics, and research.
Location: Ottawa or GTA, ON
Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000
Job Type: Full-time, Remote
Key Responsibilities
· Book meetings with prospect clients.
· Prepare and submit proposals and contracts
· Track orders and monitor customer accounts
· Manage and update CRM systems with accurate customer and lead information
· Respond to emails and phone calls from customers and prospects
· Conduct research on potential clients and industries
· Analyze and present data on sales performance and customer behaviour
· Provide exceptional customer service to clients
· Ability to work efficiently and independently.
Qualifications
· 5+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a related field
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
