We are looking for a Pricing Specialist to join our client's team in Mississauga, ON. This position is a hybrid office/work from home position. Shift: 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday Pay: $20.00/hour Responsibilities: - Auditing freight bills - Handling and resolving invoice discrepancies - Managing customer inquiries (cost comparisons, rate inquiries, packing procedures, etc) - Calculating rates for services - Administrative tasks (filing, photocopying, word processing) - Other duties as required Qualifications: - Highschool diploma - Experience in rating is a strong asset - Strong computer skills (specifically using platforms such as Microsoft Office, TMW) - High level of accuracy/attention to detail - Strong math skills - Excellent customer service skills - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) - Strong ability to multitask - Able to work independently or as part of a team - Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Good time management and organizational skills Apply now!
