Key Responsibilities:
- Process weekly payroll for hourly/salaried staff
- Manage deductions, ROEs, T4s, and year-end filings
- Administer employee benefits and remittances
- Ensure compliance with Canadian payroll legislation
- Support system improvements and employee inquiries
- 6+ years of payroll & benefits experience (construction or similar industry preferred)
- PCP certification (preferred)
- Strong Excel skills; Vista/Viewpoint experience is a plus
- Detail-oriented, self started and organized
