Our client is an industry leading expert supplier of Roofing, Insulation and, Waterproofing solutions for both commercial and residential building envelope sectors.
We are currently interviewing candidates for an Victoria B.C. based Senior Sales Professional. Success in this role requires a combination of core construction technical knowledge, strong communication skills and a results driven mindset to maximize income goals.
The successful candidate will:

• Identify and build relationships with contractors, architects, developers, and building owners seeking custom building envelope solutions.
• Have the ability to understand the specific needs and requirements of the customer and recommend products and solutions that meet those needs.
• Collaborate with the Inside Sales/Operations team to maximize a positive customer experience.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with existing customers and prospect for new business with a focus on contractors, builders and general contractors.
• Be aware of all projects and planned building opportunities within the territory. Understanding industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
• Have knowledge of the building code. Advise on new changes that affect the products and services offered.
