We are currently seeking a Pavement Maintenance & Coatings Technician to join our crew. In this hands-on role, youll help deliver high-quality pavement maintenance services to commercial and industrial clients throughout the region. This includes services such as line painting, sealcoating, crack filling, power washing, epoxy coatings, and more.
Youll be responsible for using specialized equipment, ensuring quality workmanship, and helping maintain a safe and professional job site.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain equipment to complete line painting, sealcoating, crack filling, power washing, and epoxy floor applications
- Follow project plans and specifications to deliver top-quality results
- Maintain accurate daily communication with the Operations Manager
- Load/unload equipment, manage materials, and ensure site cleanliness
- Assist with logistics and setup of each job site
- Promote and maintain a safe, hazard-free work environment
- Take pride in your work and your teams performance
- Valid G-Class drivers license (or equivalent) with a clean driving record (Drivers Abstract may be required)
- Reliable transportation to and from the shop or job sites
- Self-motivated and dependable with a strong work ethic
- Problem-solver with a focus on detail, safety, and efficiency
- Physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs, with frequent walking, bending, and kneeling
- Able to work independently or as part of a small team
- Experience with small engines, sprayers, compressors, or similar tools is a strong asset
- Skid steer experience is a plus
- Previous experience in construction, trades, landscaping, or general labor roles is helpful
- Technical background is a bonus, but not required
