Branch Manager
We are working with an established client in the industrial manufacturing and distribution industry who is looking for a Branch Manager to join their company in the Vancouver area.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the branch operations from Inventory, Operations, Sales, Health and Safety
• Ensure customer satisfaction based on service and operational targets
• Understand product lines and have expert knowledge of industry, trends and requirements
• Handle negotiations for costs on all areas from service to freight and work closely with inventory levels
• Sales oversight for a branch manager
• Schedule and plan labour requirements for the branch
• Other as required

Requirements:

• 5+ years in a related role leading a team at a branch
• Industry focus from electrical, plumbing, HVAC or related industrial space
• Post secondary in business or related is considered an asset
• Great interpersonal skills as a leader of a team and working with clients

Salary 100,000-120,000 plus bonus
