JPS Construction Group is growing fast, and were looking for a reliable, hard-working Mechanic with Operating Experience to join our crew. This isnt your average shop job we need someone who can turn a wrench, run a machine, and rewire a trailer without blinking.
Were a hands-on company with a diverse fleet ranging from small engines to heavy equipment. One day you might be troubleshooting an electrical issue on a skid steer, and the next youre custom-fitting a snow removal rig or rewiring a tandem trailer. If you know your way around 12V systems, small engine repair, and basic welding, youll fit right in.
What Were Looking For:

• 510+ years of mechanical experience (formal tickets not required, but definitely welcome)
  
• Strong skills in electrical systems, especially trailer rewiring
  
• Capable operator skid steers, loaders, and small equipment
  
• Comfortable doing everyday maintenance: fluids, filters, bearings, etc.
  
• Welding/fabrication experience is a strong asset
  
• Must be organized, accountable, and not afraid to get your hands dirty
  
• Must have a valid drivers license and your own transportation
  

What Youll Be Working On:

• Rewiring and outfitting trailers and custom implements
  
• Maintaining and repairing a mixed fleet (everything from chainsaws to mini excavators)
  
• Supporting field operations with equipment troubleshooting and repairs
  
• Taking pride in keeping the gear running right and safe
