As a Vehicle Finance & Sales Specialist, you'll play a key role in this mission, working with a growing segment of vehicle shoppers who need expert guidance in securing financing.
Forty percent of car buyers don't qualify for traditional advertised rates and terms, yet most dealerships aren't equipped to serve them. We are! Our Finance First Process ensures we approve customers before presenting vehicle options, saving time and maximizing success.
This is not a traditional car sales role. Think of it more like a mortgage broker for vehicles. You'll work with customers primarily online and over the phone and text, guiding them through our proven Finance First
Process, securing approvals, and closing deals.

What You'll Do:- Generate Leads – Use social media, digital marketing, and networking to engage potential buyers and create opportunities.
- Consult with Clients – Conduct phone, online, and in-person interviews to assess customer needs, review credit situations, and collect necessary documentation.
- Present Vehicle & Finance Options – Confidently explain financing terms, payments, and vehicle choices that fit customer pre-approvals.
- Close car deals – Confidently ask for the business and arrange for delivery or pickup of sold vehicles
- Participate in Events – Be a key player in dealership sales events, driving engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate for Success – Work closely with finance managers, dealership staff, and the Bruce Auto Approvals Team to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
